Did you manage to find a way to get the wires from the inside of the car to the outside of the chassis (towards the flexible rubber hose)?
I watched the DIY from barrowdad and he had to enlarge the hole to get the USB cable through. I'm going to install my 2ch dashcam soon but want to avoid having to drill holes in my car.
Anyone else found a good location to store the batterypack? I don't want to install it on top of the car battery (right rear fuse box). |
Yes, take speaker penal down and pull down the head liner a little. Facing to the rear from inside the trunk. You should see a bundle of wire through the gasket that has enough room to push dashcam wire through.
