I tried it too, and yep definitely doesn't work. I've backed out the coding for Lane Change Assist, I don't like the idea of having features enabled with incomplete coding. LCA is not an essential feature for me anyway, I'm more than happy with the Driver Assist/Adaptive Cruise Control.
You should notice a difference with Sports+, it definitely gives it some extra kick.
I've only been for short drives, but couldn't notice too much difference with Comfort Plus, I prefer Adaptive anyway.
