I would suggest both those that got the OTA updates and those that haven't check to see if your rear daytime running lights are on when the checkbox for "Daytime Running Lights" is checked.
Like I said, my X7's rear tail lights are on when the single "Daytime Running Lights" checkbox is checked. It's been that way since the vehicle was built. Mine was an October 2019 build.
