Does anyone else have their inner hood edge (facing windshield) scratched / scraped from pulling up the driver’s side windshield wiper? I noticed mine had a centimeter-long scrape today after six months and touched it up, and then I finally figured out that it came from the metal wiper base. I unfortunately didn’t take a photo of the “before“ (with scratch) but posted a couple “after” touch-up photos to show where the contact point occurs. Seems like a design flaw because the car wash crew always pulls up the wipers to clean the windshield. Sorry if this issue has been posted before but I could not find any related topics after searching.
