I had no idea before yesterday that they were not allowed to hang out with each other in the hotel rooms. What do they expect them to do in the evenings? Are they also not allowed to hang out at each others' houses when not traveling?
That rule doesn't make sense to me.
Since the news broke in the morning (and the coach said that all four players were negative for COVID), the story has changed a bit and Sammy is positive for COVID. That makes the suspension a bit more understandable, IMO. They have to quarantine for whatever amount of time, ok.
Still - he tested positive right after the Pitts game that he played. Players on both teams were right on him, so shouldn't both teams (in their entirety) have to quarantine for that entire amount of time?
It's going to be an interesting year to say the least....
