what phone are you guys using? iPhone or Android? I'm using a Samsung Galaxy 21 - I see in the Google store some android users having same issue as I am.
UPDATE - A response from BMW SW dev in the GOOGLE store, says their Dev team is aware of the "token" issue and working on a resolution. So, there it is, probably those with some Android (Samsung??) might have issues.
Glad I'm not losing my mind.
