My dealer didn't tell me the Residual or MF they did this deal with, but on leasehackr my numbers came out higher then theirs with the then current numbers. After incentives and the random other discount in my order it looks to be 11.14% if you calculate off MSRP with Acquisition fee or 10.49 without. Not sure how everyone bases it.
