We can't be punished for breaking the law because there was no contact and nobody got injured!? Only if we collide with someone while we run a red light should we face any punishment.
You're comparing what happened on a race track with what may on a public road, clearly your comment is laughable at best and the FIA's Action for Road Safety campaign has a different meaning to you.
