No issues at all with the SeaFoam?

No issues at all. I've been using this on vehicles for many years now—both 2 and 4 cycle engines.
But yeah, my x5 m50 is doing just fine with a can of seafoam in the fuel tank every 5k miles (I also do 5k oil changes). It's a bit much, but I know the seafoam can't hurt, it should only help. Could be a waste of money, but I don't mind potentially having a cleaner engine for $10 every 5k miles.
For a while there we had a number of lexus products. It's part of the factory recommended service to add some fuel system cleaner into the tank at each oil change. They have a Toyota version, but it's pretty much seafoam/ Techron similar from my understanding.
