Good luck. The wife's 24 x4.0 had a CEL within a few weeks of delivery. Dealer can't fix it. They think it's the exhaust valve, which if it is what I think it is, is no big deal, but have escalated it to corporate who are, so far, stumped.
The wife is pissed.
And the other issue, they can't replicate, so now I have to take time off of work to bring it in and demonstrate.
I've owned enough BMWs to know that this is all SOP, but it's still annoying.
