The good news is that they are probably addressing the issues with the 50e, so perhaps that will be resolved when the cars finally do come.
And for sure - I would insist on the 24MY price if you end up with a more expensive 2025. I got my '23 at the 22MY price after waiting 8 months for it (prod # 12/21 —> delivery 8/22). And it was BMWNA that made that happen. The dealers were not helpful for the most part.
