not a software issue. there have been some reports of this happening particularly with the G05 HK system over the years and none were reported to have occurred following any update (OTA or dealership). those folks have been able to get warranty repairs, though.
my dealership upgraded my vehicle software to 11/2023.42 when in for annual maintenance last December. I’ve not experienced any issues with HK sound/bass in my MY21 45e
