Are you saying it's sounding constantly? Even if you unlock it? I don't know where the hood sensor/switch is located but that isn't the only sensor for sounding the alarm. You have tilt angle sensors, noise sensors, etc. I suppose by now you have opened and reclosed every door, hood, hatch, right? Do you have an OBD scanner? If so, I'd look for codes, like if it detected a defective sensor, etc. I'd then reset all codes (if you have any), make sure all doors, etc are properly closed, lock the car and see what happens.
