That is a good question. I always assumed they don't put the front plate holder on no matter what state the vehicle will go to but can not verify that. I suggest you contact PCD directly and ask and let them now you don't want it if they do. If you can let us know what they say that would be great.

I was referring to the plate holder holes. I will keep you guys posted regarding this one.
