there is one member on babybmw.net who has a p-tronic box and says hes getting about 260ish bhp i think, if this is true then braking traction is very possible (i do think the road needs to be slightly greazy though).
i personnaly would not go for a tuning box, heard bad stuff about engine wear, fouling up sensors etc etc, after its just feeding the engine duff data on fuel amounts etc. i'm waiting for an ecu remap for the 123D, a few companies are nearly there (although they all say that). If you get a remap with a good company they should put your remap back on if you take it to the dealers and they update the ecu, again could companies will ahve insurance that says, if the engine blows up etc and bmw says its caused by the ecu remap they will pay for the repairs.
