Don't think forged wheels are the best or lightest, this is pure marketing. Take a look at the offerings from OZ on tirerack. The ultraleggera and its new version (don't know name) you should recognize it because it's available in a lot of colors like red, blue, orange,...

These wheels are cast, strong and light and are highly recommended. OZ supplies wheels to teams in F1 and rally. Making it the best option for a weight minded person on a budget. ...IMO
Thanks for the advice. The OZ's look good, but I didn't see 19" options .
