Yes, even in the lowest setting. Both xDrive40i and M50i with 20/21/22" options are available with 2VR Air Suspension.
The overall diameter for 20/21/22 OEM tire/wheel is approximately 29.7F/R" for 20"/21" and 29.4F/R29.6" for 22" = -0.3% difference in diameter compared to 20"/21", no significant impact on speedo/tach/xDrive.
