No, they are available for all members who are eligible for insurance products. Only the amount differs depending on how you finance/lease. It will be too late now since you already purchased but in the future just log onto the USAA site and go to the car discounts/offers page. Click on the BMW logo and it will email you a pdf which contains the Target Incentive form. Just take that to the dealer and they subtract the amount as part of the deal. |
