The discount is quite a bit lower than what folks are getting nowadays. Even back in December when it was new I got over 6% off MSRP before discounts. They should be able to give you at least that off MSRP and probably closer to 10.
Your incentives are good (unless new, conquest is dealer specific so you can probably count that as a discount from MSRP).
The BMW CCA rebate is only $1,000 not $1,500.
