So they can't modify my build but they will allow me to order a new car for the deal but they may not be able to honor by trade-in (even though its been onloy 7 days since I submitted my order. The SM told me that I can add HK for $895 as a stand alone option. All good until I asked them to put it in writing... they went away an now are telling me that I need to order the Executive package to get HK. You can't make this up, but can anyone confirm the HK can be ordered as stand-alone option on a X5 M Sport? Meanwhile I've asked to talk with the "Order Guy" to see if I can get to the bottom of things.
