here is my story... i baught carbon fibor splitters from ebay..and i recieved one of them cracked(damaged). now i emailed the person i baught it from and they told me they couldnt do anything about it since i didnt purchase insurance and are refusing to replace or take back the splitter. so they said to contact UPS and file a claim...but what if UPS doesnt help me out?! what should i do!?!? PLEASE HELP!!
