I ordered my 2021 X6M Comp un July 8th. The app doesn't seem to update much at all, as mine is still in "production queue". I then called the BMW Genius Line (844) 443-6487, and asked to speak to a live person. They looked it up and said the dates they see are updated actively. I now have a date of completion being 8/8/20. Maybe give them a call and good luck!
