Then you have the products themselves with their lackadaisical interiors which trail the competition both in design and material and build quality. The newest Lincolns and Genesis vehicles look like big efforts whereas Cadillac is the same old half-assed story from GM. GM hasn't done anything for Cadillac's reliability or residuals either. Just one blunder after another. I grew up in a GM family and know the story well...every guy is simply trying to please his boss and it shows.
The new Escalade that debuted yesterday definitely looks like a step up. If I needed a giant SUV, it would be up on the list. That 38in OLED screen.
