Update: My 60th day is today. Still unable to generate a code. I'll give them til after noon before I call. I'm picking up tomorrow so I'm getting nervous. When I called last time, neither PenFed nor TrueCar (it's apparently thru TrueCar) reps had any clue and told me to call the other one.
