No intention to highjack thread but there's been some talk about dazzle so figured I'd ask.

It just means that the no dazzle tunneling is coded off for USA models. In the US, the high beam assist will turn off/on to not blind an oncoming motorist. |
I guess I'm stuck on words. If I'm BMW and listing feature of a car, I would write "high beam assist" or some such, not that coding for an additional feature was removed. Why list that as a feature? Seems strange. Maybe I'm thinking too much about this.
