Well title is to draw your attention and OP has the terms & conditions.
Forgoing a downpayment is an incentive too which is paying you back by lowering your monthly installments and taxes.
The car had couple of serious takers and one proceeded to 2nd stage by paying the transfer fee of $500 but then I backed-off as I decided to keep it. Had to pay $100 to buyer as BMW kept that as fee.
Btw, I am not selling this as of now.
