When I try and use the remote 3D camera it keeps saying no data connection available. It worked 5 weeks ago and now it doesn't. I was also having issues with the other remote services not working in app. Like you I haven't driven the car because of COVID. I think if the battery drains to a certain point the remote services will have issues. Not sure though. Today, I drove the X5 40 miles and it seems all the services are working with the exception of 3D camera.
