Can't say it's a bad business decision by the execs at BMW because they are selling more cars, but for the true enthusiasts, it makes nothing unique about having a real M Car when every other car has M Stamps all over it. I think it's so cheesy.

bmw always had M535i M135i and so on just wasn't sold in US until now. the first M division car sold to public (not in US) is E28 M535i back in 1986, they are true enthusiast car just like M car cost far less them M cars in some country.
