Verbiage you need to unplug and go lights out to everyone and everything for 48-72 hrs. Tell people first or it will engender more contact and stress. I do this once a year or so and it gives my brain a complete reset. Trust me, it works.
Being sleep deprived is no good. You are really young now so it doesn't matter too much as you can push through it but I would bet money that there are tiny signs that you are able to ignore.
