Agree on Antelope Canyon.

If your focus is on the GC, stay at one of the lodges there. Once you’re in the park you can go anywhere without having to pay to get in again. Lots of lookouts and trails. I like the donkey/burro ride down into the canyon, especially to annoy kids, but it isn’t for everyone and I think you need reservations.

Give yourself some options in case of rain/fog (no views).

We did a day trip that included a raft ride, airplane tour and jeeps to Antelope Canyon. Cheesy but worth it for a day and especially because it was my wife’s first time there (she wasn’t my wife yet, but agreed at Moran Point when her choice was to wear the ring or jump).

You definitely want light layers there because you can go from cold to hot pretty fast. You’re at altitude on the rim, and the temps are quite different in the bottom.
