I spent a lot of time looking. I had never done a ceramic prior to this application. I read a lot about what was needed it got some new LED stand lights that have adjustable color temp. 5k is great for light and 6.5k for dark. Lighting is important so you don't get high spots.
I went with CQuartz UK 3.0. I chose it because of the reasonable flash time, easy on and off, 18 month durability, amazing hydrophobic properties, and the overall exceptional reviews online. It is also highly recommended for wheels. It is a good days worth of work, but worth it. If your correction is on point, then you will be VERY happy. After 2 months, it still looks like the day I applied it. I am very pleased thus far. |
