That's usually how it starts, mine popped up once, then went away, then it became persistent.
Once you lose cellular connectivity, the mic stops working, call audio is shit ie they can't hear you well if at all via Bluetooth, then the GPS goes. Once this happens, at least for me, the drivers assist stuff starts acting weird. It thinks I am in areas where I'm not ie no speed limit data (it temporarily has it when the car sees a sign but it goes away quickly). The car also likes trying to steer me into places it thinks lanes and whatnot are per GPS even when fully disabled. Let's just say it affects A LOT of other systems so I've learned. No dealer I've called wants to do anything for my car which is getting annoying because I'm tired of my car fighting me to do basic things daily.
