The benefits of staggered diameter wheels don't disappear when you use it on an SUV. It is odd seeing it on an SUV, but it still makes sense from a handling dynamics perspective.

OP congrats on the new ride! It's just gorgeous!

- The mats should fit the same...they didn't re-design the floorpan for the M model.

- Others are spot on with the one DRL being on. You likely bumped one of the buttons with your knee on your way out of the car and it turned on the running lights on one side of the car. They'll stay on until the battery gets below a certain threshold (would take a LONG time) or until you get in and either turn it off or turn the engine on.

- For the driving aids, check BMW's YouTube page. They have tutorials showing how those all work. That, or get in touch with a Genius at your local dealership.
