You know what? That is an interesting little nugget of knowledge.
I have noticed from several sources, that quite often, the M50i models show a 530hp rating.... whereas often I see them with a 523hp rating. Remember the AutotopNL youtube video? That M50i he said was rated at 530.
I wonder.... if it's a Euro vs US version.... and I wonder if it's BECAUSE of those charcoal filters?
I don't think a 7hp increase is out of the question, when you consider you're removing half the airflow restriction.
