would need more info, what is sales tax where you are, that is the money factor they are charging, what are all the fees they are adding in (basically would need the tax rate, Money Factor and total with all the fees etc - monthly seems a bit high without seeing all the fees etc.
4% discount certainly could be better - a lot of dealers are willing go to 6 - 7% off.
