2019 X5 Battery Recall
I dropped off my X5 today for its 1st service. Due to the corona virus it hasn't been driven much (only around 2k miles). So the service was going to just be an oil change.
Anyway, I got a text from the dealer stating: "Hey Mr. XXX, there was also a recall for checking the battery of the vehicle. We will need to hold the car over night to have it completed."
This is the first time I've heard of a recall requiring a battery check.
Did you guys have this done on your vehicles?
