At those prices I would just buy - shoot I think you can still find a 6yr auto loan at 3% which would would be cheaper than those payments w/ no money down.
Well actually that is why I bought this time vs leasing my past 3 - the finances didn't make any sense on the lease and at the time there was additional money down and a lower rate on the buy.
