my post was addressing the OP's concern by inferring that Porsche OE tires installed on his BMW will be fine on 'real world' roads. It wasn't even directed at you specifically, so i don't know why you think I'm recusing your knowledge of tire use (or anything for that matter)

The BMW "star" OE tires may matter depending who you are and what/where you drive. look before you leap, bruh
