It's not stated in the order guide but can confirm as I have 4M5 leather dash option on my X5 with extended ivory white and night blue Merino leather interior. The Sensatec upper dash, front and rear window sills are replaced with smooth stitched leather.
Here's a quick photo in the meantime with the orange highlighted leather covered front and rear window sills. I'm surprised I haven't take a close up photo yet of the option but will update this post tomorrow.
