Cognac was available before as someone on this forum posted pictures etc.
My theory is that BMW suspended it temporarily and plan to reintroduce it April 2020 with prioritize US order. What showed in the picture is either an older built or the few new ones that they just started to reintroduce.
I have a carbon black m50i with Cognac interior on order. My dealer also told me SOP 04/20. I am in Montreal Canada.
