It will never be released. FIA may end up telling the the other teams the details. But F1 can't take the PR hit of one of their biggest teams subverting environmental/sustainability regulations. The regs were put in to appease people going after F1 for the environmental impact of the sport. End of last year F1 announced it will work towards being carbon neutral by 2030. With that announcement and the current political climate, it wouldn't be a good look. Ferrari cheated and still lost, time to move on.
