Well hold up a second, the picture you provided shows a deference in circumference numbers, which means there is a difference in diameter. One cant change without the other.

So technically, the 275/45/20 tire has a bigger diameter which would fill out the wheel well more then the 275/40/21 tire lol. And yes im aware were talking mm here but they are not the exact same...
