It's the 19" rims that really bug me. They are so fiddly to clean. I have found that a good double coat of ArmorAll Wheel Protectant works well against brake dust build up.

Had to take the car to the wash this morning. Bird carked on it but man was it dirty. I've had it 2 1/2 months and it's been washed once.
Don't reckon any sort of treatment helps with that.......they're all still BS to me.
