We were talking about this today in sociology..
Pretty messed up, but what is more ridiculous is the people that cry over this stuff while saying how tragic it is and let it affect them throughout the day. IMO, these people are just as fucked up in the head because they get emotional over someone they don't even know. I believe they feed off of stuff like this to get other peoples attention and sympathy, because they themselves are so messed up. In short, find something else to get off to.
