There's no official COTA in ac so not sure if there's a fan made one and how accurate it would be. Honestly if it isn't laser scanned, then I wouldn't call it accurate for the purposes of really learning the nuances of a track to help you get faster at the real one. All of iracing tracks are laser scanned so that might be your best choice if they have COTA. I know they have most of the major US tracks so lots of pro racers use it to learn tracks they haven't been to yet.
