I believe you have to make under $75k as an individual of $150k if you file jointly. If you have kids it stacks on to that.
I am surprised as many people have responded they are getting one as have. I guess a lot of people have cars worth 50%+ of their annual income? Either than or you have a entry 3 series and your spouse just has a shitty car?
