IMO Tirerack shouldn't be the only source you could get tires from. Depends where you are located, purchase your tires from Amazon, or Walmart. Then find a local tire shop (with a good review on Yelp), and have them balanced & installed for you. I took with me the below items before going to the tire shop. I made sure they are using my provided tools for the whole process of changing the wheels and tires:
