You are fine.
As you probably remember , you needed to have a bmw cca memberhsip for 1 year or more (no lapses) before you could apply for a rebate .
Bmw cca changed it so that you could buy a 3 yr membership and immediately qualify for a rebate. (Without having to wait a year)
The new change is that you have to wait 6 months before you qualify. I think you still have to buy the 3 yr member ship.
