I think part of the reason we are seeing more brake dust on this car is the rotors are much bigger then older cars. Someone at my work said "Did you see that BMW that was parked up front this morning. You could take the tires off and run it on the rotors they are so big."

It hadn't dawned on me till then but they are much larger then older bmw's. I am sure this is the reason for my brake dust.

If you wax them it definitely helps with cleaning. I wish they could paint them using that Never Wet technology from rustoleum. Then you could run any pad and it wouldn't really matter. Most of the dust would never stick.
