Living in NYC, why do you really care about a speed limiter? It's not like it limits your acceleration potential, and if you exceeded even the 130mph limit, you'd be a danger to both yourself and everyone else on the road...do you track your vehicle? I doubt there's few places that even 130 would limit you in a street legal vehicle.
